Help with MEDDIC Coach

Purchases and restoration

Learning, Reference, educational audio and fictional practice are free. Personal tools use one permanent in-app purchase. If you already bought it, open Settings → Purchase and restoration → Restore purchases using the same Apple account. Check that your device can reach the App Store.

A purchase check does not erase your work. Existing records remain readable, exportable and removable if access changes.

Keep a copy of your work

Open Settings → Export personal data to share a copy of your records. Opportunities can also prepare editable updates, emails, CRM-ready text and readable exports. Export recordings separately from Manage saved debriefs. Exports can include revision history; choose the destination you intend.

Keep the app installed while troubleshooting missing work. Do not reset or reinstall it before exporting a copy.

Recording and transcription

Enable microphone access for MEDDIC Coach in Apple Settings when you want to record a personal reflection. Recording is foreground-only, up to five minutes. Transcription runs on your device. If it fails, retained audio stays available for retry or export in the saved debrief.

Listen or read

Tap Listen in Reference, an element lesson's Understand section, the basics or the meeting refresher. Audio options contains the transcript and speed choices. Listening is optional and stops when you leave the content or background the app.

iCloud

iCloud sync is not enabled in this version. Personal work stays in the local app workspace. System backups are governed by your Apple settings. Export a copy of important work before changing devices or deleting the app.
