meddiccoach.com is a promotion and support website. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms or email signup lists. The methodology preview runs in your browser and does not save or send your selections.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Serving a webpage involves processing routine technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information. That hosting activity is separate from the app's on-device storage described below. Read Vercel's privacy policy for its handling of hosting information.

If you email hello@angrychimp.co.uk, we receive the information you choose to send so we can respond. Please avoid sending private customer or buyer information.

Your personal workspace

MEDDIC Coach has no app account, advertising or analytics SDK. Your client and deal records, evidence, notes, transcripts and recordings are stored in the app's private workspace on your device. Learning progress and preferences stay on that device. We do not operate a server that receives your deal content.

Recording and local assistance

Microphone access is requested when you choose to start a personal debrief. Recording takes place in the foreground, for up to five minutes. Transcription uses a bundled Whisper model on your device. Optional Apple Foundation Models assistance runs locally on compatible devices. Suggestions need your review before you save them as evidence.

Educational audio

The lessons, fictional cases and educational recordings are bundled with the app. Narration was generated from original teaching scripts during production. Listening does not contact ElevenLabs, send your notes to it or require microphone access.

iCloud

iCloud sync is not enabled in this version. Personal work stays in the local app workspace. System backups are governed by your Apple settings. Export a copy of important work before changing devices or deleting the app.

Purchases

The App Store processes the optional one-time purchase and restoration. The app checks Apple's verified purchase entitlement to decide whether personal editing tools are unlocked. We do not receive your payment-card details. Losing purchase access does not erase your existing records: reading, export and deletion remain available.

Copying, sharing and exports

Copying text, preparing an email or sharing an export is your choice. The app does not connect to your CRM or send an email by itself. Exports may contain personal or customer information and revision history. Recordings are exported separately. Copies held by another app, recipient or backup follow that destination's settings and policies.

Deletion and retention

Deleting an item hides it from your workspace using a deletion revision. Earlier record revisions remain for recovery and conflict resolution. Deleting a recording removes its retained local audio, while separately saved transcript or evidence records and external exports can remain. Resetting learning progress keeps your personal work and purchase. Deleting the app removes its local workspace; Apple backups and any previously synced iCloud data are managed separately through Apple settings.
